Governor Işık: I believe there will be projects that will add value to Karaman
Under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Mevlana Development Agency, which carries out various support mechanisms for SMEs, public institutions and organizations and non-governmental organizations in the region of TR 52 Konya-Karaman Region, has recently announced its short name. An information meeting was held in Karaman within the scope of the "Social Development Support Program of 2021", which is "SOGEP".
The meeting held under the chairmanship of Karaman Governor and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Mevlana Development Agency Mehmet Alpaslan Işık, Ayrancı District Governor and Karaman Provincial Special Administration General Secretary Evren Çakır, Kâzımkarabekir District Governor Muhammed Enes Çıkrık, Ermenek District Governor Hacı Osman Hökelekli, Başyayla District Governor V. Koray Çelik , Sarıveliler District Governor V. Abdüssamed Kılıç, Mevlana Development Agency Secretary General İhsan Bostancı and ARDSI Karaman Provincial Coordinator Özgür Öztürk attended.
Speaking at the meeting, Mehmet Alpaslan Işık, Governor of Karaman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Mevlana Development Agency, said, “Our agency continues its efforts in coordination with all stakeholders in order to support the development of our city and our region in every field and to attract national and international funds to our region. Within the scope of the Social Development Support Program announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2020, the "I Am in Production - Protected Workplace Project" prepared by the Karaman Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Karaman Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services was entitled to receive support.
The Ministry of Industry and Technology has made a project call for 2021 under the same program. We, together with our district governors and agencies, will review the projects that are planned to be implemented in line with the needs of our districts and city centers under the titles of increasing employability, social entrepreneurship and innovation, social inclusion and social responsibility, which are the priorities of the program. Our city, which has reaped the fruits of its investments in industry, production, export and employment, especially in recent years, has also made a great progress in social terms with the projects implemented. I strongly believe that within the scope of the Social Development Support Program, which will be carried out under the coordination of our agency, our public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, SMEs and all our stakeholders will contribute to the development of our city and produce solutions to its problems, in a more general expression, that will add value to our Karaman. . Stating that we expect project ideas from all our stakeholders in our city within this framework, I wish the meeting to be auspicious ”.
Subsequently, Mevlana Development Agency Secretary General İhsan Bostancı, who made detailed explanations about the Social Development Support Program they will carry out under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology as an institution, said, “As Mevlana Development Agency, under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, all our stakeholders in our provinces of Karaman and Konya increase in competitiveness and welfare levels in the national and international arena,
