Discussions on the Unemployment Insurance Law Proposal will continue in the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. The first 20 items of the proposal were discussed. According to the information obtained, articles 33 and 37 of the law copyright will be withdrawn from the text of the proposal.
These items are as follows:
"Article 33: Fixed-term employment contract will be made in writing on the condition that the worker is not over 25 and over 50. The duration of the employment contract with workers under 25 cannot exceed the date when the worker turns 25.
Article 37: For one or more workers under the age of 25, 2.5 percent of the lower limit of the basic daily earnings, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance premium, and 7.5 percent employer, 5 percent depending on the insured, 12.5 percent general health insurance premium is paid. "
