UMKE personnel who gave birth in a public bus in Aksaray told about those moments
National Medical Rescue (UMKE) staff Edanur Doğan (24), who gave birth to a pregnant woman in pain on a public bus in Aksaray, shared the moments of happiness.
Doğan said in a statement to the reporters that they went to the scene on the public bus they bought yesterday at around 17.35.
Expressing that they saw that the birth started when they reached the bus and that they immediately intervened, Doğan said:
"She was the fourth child of the woman. In such cases, the birth occurs very quickly. It was a very good feeling for us. We have ensured that the baby is born in a healthy way. Especially the birth events take away our intensity during the day. We asked Burak and Gökhan to name them. We said we would be very happy if you name our friends. Right now, their health is very good. Images were published on social media at once. We get very positive reactions. We have been instrumental in opening one's eyes to life. Fahrettin Koca shared it on his social media account. It made us very happy. We are honored and proud. We try to do our job in the best way possible. "
UMKE teams intervened when people who got on the public bus from Ereğli Kapı Mahallesi and noticed the situation of Ceylan K, who started in labor during the journey, called the 112 Emergency Service.
With the efforts of the UMKE team, who saw the beginning of the birth at the first examination, a healthy male baby weighing 3 kilograms 60 grams was born. Mother Ceylan K. and her baby were treated at Aksaray Training and Research Hospital.
