Karabakh Permit in Parliament Presidential decree for sending troops to Azebaycan was submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
The motion for sending troops to Azerbaijan was submitted to the Parliament.
In the memorandum, it was stated that in accordance with the agreement reached between Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, a plan was announced to establish a ceasefire in the region as of 00:00 on 10 November 2020 and to return some occupied areas to Azerbaijan according to the agreed schedule. A Joint Center will be established in Azerbaijani territories liberated from occupation in order to check compliance with the ceasefire. In the center it is decided upon Azerbaijan's request for Turkey and Russia jointly to take place.
