We are witnessing a rapid transformation in the
fields. Our journalists, who closely follow the developments in the world and work in this field in our country, make a great effort to ensure that the public reaches the news quickly and accurately.
Although the innovations brought by technology have brought great convenience to the field of journalism as in every field of our lives, human labor, education and quality have always had an undeniable importance in business processes. Undoubtedly, the healthy functioning of the journalism profession cannot be mentioned without the self-sacrificing work of the press members, common sense, insight into the public interest and professional ethics.
The media sector, which instantly shares the developments in the world and in our country with the public, and keeps the pulse of the society as well as conveying the decisions and practices of the state to the public, is among the sine qua non of democracies.
Congratulations to all the press workers who continue their duties and perform this important profession in the best way despite the working conditions that demand great dedication; I congratulate all the journalists in our city and country on the "Working Journalists Day", wishing them many successes in their professional lives. "
