Investors who want to benefit from the grants provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for beekeeping, sericulture and goose and turkey breeding must apply by January 22.

A member of the Bee Farmers Association or Honey Producers Association in 81 provinces, registered to the Beekeeping Registration System (AKS) for at least 3 years as of the date of application, having 50 or more beehives in terms of active hives in AKS, in addition to honey production Beekeepers who promise to produce at least two of the other bee products such as royal jelly, pollen, propolis, bee bread (perga), bee venom and apilarnil will be able to benefit from it considering the region and ecotype.
Within the scope of silkworm breeding project, Ankara, Antalya, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Bursa, Çanakkale, Diyarbakır, Elazig, Eskişehir, Hatay, İzmir, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Konya, Muğla, Sakarya, Sivas, Tunceli and Yozgat ' Ta, feeding house construction, machinery, tools, equipment purchase and mulberry garden facility investments will be supported.
Within the scope of goose and turkey breeding, new poultry and hatchery construction in breeding goose businesses, machinery, tools and equipment will be purchased, and new poultry construction, tools and equipment will be purchased in commercial goose and turkey farms.
1000 breeding goose in Kars, 500-capacity commercial geese in Ardahan, Kars, Muş and Ordu, and 1000-capacity commercial turkey breeding enterprises in Bingöl, Diyarbakır and Kahramanmaraş will be supported. Real and legal persons will be able to apply according to the investment subjects.

The grant rate according to investment subjects is 50 percent in beekeeping for the purchase of machinery, tools-equipment and beekeepers, 100 percent in sericulture for the construction of feeding house, machinery, tools, equipment and mulberry garden facility, new construction construction, machinery, tools will be applied as 75 percent in goose and turkey farming for equipment purchase.
Applications for grant support can be made until January 22, 2021. The said period can be extended if deemed necessary. Applications will be accepted by the Provincial Project Execution Unit (IPYB), and by the district directorate in districts.
Investors whose applications are eligible will be scored and ranked within 5 working days according to the determined criteria, and the projects found suitable for the investment will be approved.
