WHO IS YAVUZ BAHADIROĞLU?
Yavuz Bahadıroğlu was born in Rize in 1945. He started journalism in Istanbul in 1971. He worked as a reporter, researcher, interviewer and anecdote writer for Yeni Asya-Yeni Nesil newspaper. Bahadıroğlu, who also worked as a newspaper, magazine and company manager, produced works for children while working as a journalist. He published hundreds of children's novels and stories. He made his debut with his first novel "Sunguroğlu". The novel "Burning Steam" became one of the best-selling novels in the country.
In general, he has more than thirty novels dealing with various periods of the Ottoman Empire. He gave thousands of conferences on various topics at home and abroad and received awards from various institutions and organizations. Two of his books were published by the Ministry of Culture. Yavuz Bahadıroğlu is a columnist in Yeni Akit newspaper. He is married and has three children.
