Republic Day Celebrations Held in Taşkale Karaman Governor Mehmet Alpaslan Işık participated in the Republic Day celebrations held in Taşkale village of Karaman center.
Celebrating the Republic Day of the people in the program held in front of the Atatürk Monument, Governor Mehmet Alpaslan Işık said, “With the establishment of the Republic, important steps have been taken towards achieving the level of contemporary civilizations of our country, the development and growth of our country in every sense, and to his comrades in arms, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic and I remember all our martyrs who have entrusted this land of paradise to us with mercy and gratitude, and wish God's healing to our veterans who were injured for the unity and survival of our country.
While the poems about the republic were voiced by the students at the ceremony, Governor Işık, who gave a reading book to the students after the celebration program, made some observations in the village for a while and got information about the general situation and problems of the village from the village headman, Hasan Karaca.
Governor Mehmet Alpaslan Işık and his wife, Ms.Munise Işık, attended the celebrations in Taşkale village, Karaman Deputy Att. İsmail Atakan Ünver, Mayor Savaş Kalaycı, Provincial Police Chief Ayhan Taş, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander İsmail Şahin, village headman Hasan Karaca and citizens attended.
