15 years in prison for milk bath disgrace!
Two defendants regarding the "milk bath" images in Konya will be tried with up to 15 years of imprisonment.
In the indictment prepared about 2 defendants without arrest who took a bath with milk in a boiler at the milk collection center where they work in Konya and shared these moments on social media, the indictment demanded prison sentences of 2 to 15 years for "adding toxic substances".
Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office prepared an indictment against the defendant who entered the disinfectant boiler in the milk collection center where they work, and during this time video recording and sharing from his social media account.
In the indictment accepted by Konya 5th High Criminal Court, in accordance with the relevant article of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) about two defendants who will be tried without arrest, "By adding poison to water or any food or things to be eaten or to be consumed or to be consumed, or by other means a prison sentence of 2 to 15 years each was sought for the crime of "endangering the life and health of people by disrupting them.

"On the date of the incident, it was determined that the suspect Uğur T asked Emre S to enter the milk boiler and said that he would shoot a video in this way, and Emre S added some milk from the workplace after filling some hot water into the boiler. Following Emre S, he entered the cauldron with only his underwear on, while Uğur S also recorded a video, Emre S exited the boiler after a while and emptied the liquid inside the boiler by opening the valve of the boiler, and Uğur S took the videos' TikTok. It is understood that he shared it on the social media platform named ''.
It was also included in the indictment that the defendants claimed that they carried out the action for "joke" in their statements during the investigation phase.
After the images of one of the employees in the milk collection center in Meram district bathing with the milk filled in the boiler were shared on social media on October 26, 2020, the officials of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry ceased the operation of the company and imposed an administrative fine.
The suspects, who were taken into custody on 5 November, were sent to prison by the duty judge on 6 November and were released on 11 November. / AA
