Karaman 112 Staff Visited Governor Işık
Due to European 112 Day, Karaman 112 Emergency Call Center Management Personnel visited Governor Mehmet Alpaslan Işık.
112 Emergency Call Center Manager Uğur Önsesveren thanked Governor Işık for his acceptance during the visit held at the Governorship Authority and gave information about the establishment of the Call Center and the work carried out to date.
During the visit, 112 Emergency Call Center Manager Önsesveren stated that the 112 Single Emergency Call Number Project was put into service under the responsibility of the Ministry of Interior and the Governorate in order to ensure that citizens can benefit from emergency services in line with the service standards of the modern world. He stated that February 11 was started to be celebrated as "European 112 Day" in order to increase the awareness of the call number.
Expressing his satisfaction with the visit that took place due to 11 February Europe 112 Day, Governor Işık congratulated the day of 112 Emergency Center Manager Uğur Önsesveren and the staff of the organization, 112 emergency calls in order to provide better quality and faster service to our citizens and to prevent the services provided by the institution in line with the notifications received. He asked the citizens to be sensitive about not occupying the center with unnecessary and unfounded calls.
