Karaman Provincial General Hygiene Board, which convened after the circular sent by the Ministry of Internal Affairs with 81, explained in detail the decisions about how the restrictions will be implemented in the city. Decisions 122, 123, 124 and 125 of the Provincial General Hygiene Board were announced today.
Decision 122 of the Karaman Provincial General Hygiene Board
It has been deemed appropriate to take the following decisions, effective from 20:00 on Friday, November 20, 2020:
1-Shopping malls, markets, barbers, hairdressers and beauty centers can only serve our citizens between 10:00 and 20:00,
2-Grocery stores, buffets, greengrocers, butchers, dried nuts can work according to their license hours, no restrictions are imposed on the working hours of the markets in the fuel stations,
3- Eating and drinking places such as restaurants, restaurants, patisseries, cafes, bagel shops, börek shops and cafeterias can only be open between 10:00 and 20:00 to provide take-away or take-away services,
4-Restaurant, restaurant or online food ordering companies can provide package service after 20:00 until 24:00 only by phone or online ordering,
5-In our province, there is no listening facility outside the residential area, on the side of intercity highways, and serving the vehicles for intercity public transportation or logistics purposes, and as stated in the decision dated 04.11.2020 and numbered 112, only the workplaces located at the bus station to provide service to the passengers and bus station employees to be exempted from restriction,
6-The cessation of the activities of the movie theaters until 31.12.2020,
7- Until a new decision is taken, the activities of the coffee house, coffee house, country garden, internet cafe / lounge, electronic game halls, billiard halls, clubs and tea gardens and carpet pitches are suspended.
8-The places that operate in the form of tea shops can continue their activities until 20:00, provided that they remove their tables, chairs and stools in front of the workplace, do not have customers in the workplace and only serve tradesmen,
9-This decision is notified to businesses by the relevant chambers,
10-It was unanimously decided to impose administrative fines in accordance with Article 282 of the General Hygiene Law to citizens who did not comply with the above-mentioned measures and decisions, and to initiate the necessary judicial proceedings within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code in cases of criminal behavior. / p>
