Officers attention! Housing rental prices have been announced
The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization has determined new rental rates for civil servants staying in public residences. Accordingly, the rental price per square meter in public houses with central heating was 6.3 lira.
The rental prices for the year 2021 regarding the lodgings given to the public employees and civil servants have been determined. Rents are taken on square meter basis in the lodgings.
3.07 TL / m² for mud brick, wood, bagdadi and similar houses, 4.80 TL / m² for houses without heating, 6.30 TL / m² for houses with heating.
In addition to the rent, an additional rent of 0.74 TL / m² will be collected for each square meter per month from the houses where the heater, the doorman or both are covered by the institutions and organizations.
Since it is not possible to separate the meters, electricity, water or both of them are met from the service building or factory facilities, in addition to the rent for each square meter per month
1.4 TL / m² if it is not possible to separate the electricity meter, 1.21 TL / m² if it is not possible to separate the water meter, 2.61 TL / m² if it is not possible to separate both electricity and water meters, the water used in the houses a fee of 0.65 TL / m² will be charged if it is met from wells, artesian wells, spring water and similar water resources outside the city network.
A fuel price of 2.52 TL / m² per square meter will be collected from the residents of the institutions and organizations whose fuel is supplied by the institution and organization in the domestic houses where the heat share meter or calorimeter device has not been installed.
In the event that the lighting, electricity, water, gas, vending machine and similar expenses in common use areas are covered by institutions and organizations due to compulsory reasons in residences whose fuel is provided by institutions and organizations, 0 per square meter in addition to rent and fuel costs in return for these expenses, 29 TL / m².
The Communiqué will enter into force as of January 15, 2021.
