I like to read books and I prefer research or opinion books.
However, due to my busy life in the Netherlands, I cannot spend as much time reading such books as I want. Solution in Turkey (Karaman) I judge to read a portion of the book I spent my summer vacation. During the first or second week of the holiday, I buy a research or idea book from the bookstore and read it.
This year in Karaman I was once again immersed in books. As I was tired of reading in the garden in the afternoon, I wanted to rest a little. The apple tree in front of me caught my eye and started watching this tree. Just to rest my eyes, I was looking at the trunk, branches, leaves and apples of the tree as if it were the first time I saw a tree. Then I started to mentally shuttle between apples and branches. I was touched by the fact that the sweet and juicy apple, which shines brightly, smells like scents, came out of a thin branch ...
The biscuit factories in Karaman came to my mind and I couldn't help but compare these factories with the tree. In order to produce even the simplest types of biscuits, a huge facility is established, many machines are used, hundreds or even thousands of people (with their managers, technicians, workers, porters ...) spend thousands of joules of energy.
Apart from the apple grown using solar energy, water and minerals in the soil, and the biscuit produced in a huge factory the other side…. The differences in shape, color, smell, taste and so on are too big to be brought together!
Another advantage of an apple or any fruit is that it contains seeds in its shape, color, smell or taste that will allow the generation to continue to grow ... On the other hand, each fruit It serves humanity even when it is in bloom. In addition to the dazzling beauty of flowers, bees make a boon like honey from the flower essence and present it to our bank….
While I was contemplating the properties of the apple, I noticed its stance on the branch and my excitement increased many times ... The apples on the tree were all looking towards the ground ... not. However, Allah (c.c.), who could shoot apples from the thin branch, in other words, the Creator, could also want these apples to grow sideways or upwards. The apples hanging down to the ground were in such a condition that they were served as they were on the branch… The stance of the apples on the branch was like a divine treat, in other words, it was like saying “come and get it”…
On the other hand, it seemed to me that the apples, with their humble stance, bent their neck in the face of the greatness of Allah, and glorify God with their language.
What else can be done other than bringing takbir in the face of these thoughts and scenery?
